Our story

Where does our produce come from? How much water is used to grow our produce? How much energy does it take to produce our favorite leafy greens? Are there pesticides, waxes or other chemicals on our products? These are some of the questions that I have had over the past few years as I've gotten older. I starting really paying attention to where our produce comes from after becoming a father. This in mind we wanted to create a way to grow nutrient dense leafy greens for our local communities while getting the nutrition that our bodies need while conserving our natural resources.

Aldons's Leafy Greens is a Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) Farm. It is outdoor climate indifferent and at steady state, consistently produces high quality leafy green vegetables on a weekly basis. We use energy efficient LEDs and a fully climate controlled environment to produce the freshest produce that can be on your plate within hours of harvest.

Aldon's Leafy Greens is produced in Fair Oaks, Ca where we sell and provide nutrient dense lettuces, microgreens, herbs and edible flowers to boutique markets, restaurants, distributors with an emphasis on giving back to our community with food contribution and education.

We represent Sacramento’s “Farm to Fork,” movement making sure Sacramento is one of the freshest places to eat.
